Kirsten Simone Vangsness, also known as Kirsten Vangsness, was born on the 7th of July, 1972, at the City of Roses, Pasadena, California. Her mother is Barbara Mary, an Italian, and her father is Errol Leroy, a Norwegian.

Kirsten finished her high school last June 1990 at the Cerritos High School, a four-year public high school.
