Born as Perdita Rose Annunziata Weeks on 25 December 1985, she is a Welsh actress born in South Glamorgan, Wales. She attended the Roedean School and later studied art history at the Courtauld Institute. Her older siblings are Honeysuckle Weeks and Rollo Weeks, both actors.
Perdita Weeks had played the role of Mary Boleyn in the Showtime historical drama titled The Tudors (2007-2008). In 2008, she played the role of Lydia Bennet in the ITV series Lost In Austen. She played the role of a murderous teenager in the “Death and Dreams” episode of Midsomer Murders in 2003.
Weeks has worked on various projects such as Stig of the Dump (2002), Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Silk Stocking (2004), and Miss Potter (2006). The gorgeous actress played the role of Kitten in an episode “Counter Culture Blues” of Lewis in 2009. Weeks had co-starred with Honeysuckle Weeks in Goggle Eyes (1993) and also in Catherine Cookson’s The Rag Nymph (1997), where she had played the younger version of her sister’s character. She has also starred in the 2010 horror film Prowl, and the 2014 found footage horror movie As Above, So Below.
In March of 2018, Weeks was cast to play the role of Juliet Higgins in a CBS reboot of Magnum P.I., which is filmed in Hawaii.
