She also has training in ballet and Dunham technique and also as a classical piano player and singer. Kuhling received training at the Double Edge Theatre where she foucsed on Grotowski based physical theater before going on to attend LAMDA, the reputed London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

Her earlier TV work includes a repeat role on the USA Network series titled “Falling Water”. Kuhling recently landed a lead role in Dan Sallitt’s independent film “Fourteen” which is presently being filmed.

Whenever she is not facing cameras, Kuhling lives in London.

Kuhling’s debut role was as Dr. Ava Bekker, the new office rival of Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) in the second season finale of the NBC drama Chicago Med.

She is all set to return as a series regular in the season three.
