Cerina Vincent was born in 1979 in the city of Las Vegas. Her parents are both of Italian descent. Her mother, who is a dance instructor, encouraged Vincent to perform at a young age.

Since 2000, Vincent appeared as a guest star in several TV shows, including hit series CSI, Two and a Half Men, and The Walking Dead, to name a few. Her most recent appearance is in a Disney comedy series Stuck in the Middle, where she plays the role of Suzy Diaz.
In addition to her film work, Vincent is also a film producer. In 2012, she worked as the executive producer of the 2012 action film MoniKa. The actress also co-produced the horror-thriller film Skypemare.
Aside from acting, Vincent wrote a regular column with best-selling writer Jodi Lipper in Huffpost from 2007 to 2016. They published a self-help book, entitled How to Eat Like a Hot Chick. Two other publications followed after its release in 2008.
When it comes to her personal life, Vincent is living with her long-time boyfriend, Mike Estes. In February 2019, the couple welcomed their baby boy named Nicola Vincent Apollo. The two later got engaged in the same year.
Vincent is also an active volunteer. She raises money for various charity foundations, including The LifeAfter Project, which aims to assist those who struggle with mental health.
