10. We’d have hardly noticed Kim was preggers when she returned to her New York City hotel following her stint on LIVE! With Kelly & Michael in NYC this morning. She almost looked back to her pre-baby self  in the nude dress which nipped in at the waist and flaunted her ample bust. The Jam (Turn It Up) singer flaunted her skinny pins and tiny ankles in nude stilettos.

9. The 32-year-old reality star looked elegant in cream as she headed out in NYC yesterday. The above-the knee skirts are really working for Kim, as are her new favourite shoes!

8. Kim is desperately clinging on to her pencil skirts but we’re hoping she’ll cull them for good when she gets a look at this unflattering pic. The turquoise number did little to compliment her pregnancy curves and neither did that see-through top. Her boobs look as though they could do with a good hoist, though!

7. Kimmy slipped on a pair of thong sandals as she headed out for lunch in Beverly Hills last week. The mum-to-be wisely opted for a gaping gown so as not to restrict her lunching appetite.

Once again Kim tried to keep her ballooning bosom under wraps although she had her legs on show. She teamed the monochrome look with a bizarre fur scarf which we can only assume was Kanye’s idea.
