Kelly Osbourne Rocks Out at Cabo Cantina

Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day a little bit early, Kelly Osbourne joined friends for lunch and drinks at the Cabo Cantina in West Hollywood on Saturday (March 15).
The “Fashion Police” star wore a black Misfits T-shirt, denim vest, and a black skirt as she headed back into the sunshine with her purple hair.
Earlier this month, the tatted-up celeb shared a life lesson with her fans on her website as she removes some of her past mistakes on her skin.
Along with a photo of her bandaged arms, Kelly wrote, “As humans we fill our conscience with clichés to selfishly justify the ridiculous things we do in life… Such as getting stupid tattoos. I have now undergone my third laser tattoo removal. All day I have found myself saying ‘no pain no gain’ or ‘pain is beauty!’ however the bigger lesson I have taken away from this horrendously painful experience is THINK BEFORE YOU INK!… Furthermore think before you make ANY permanent decision because its ok to change your mind before its too late!”
