Jaclyn Hill has announced the launch of her cosmetics brand, Jaclyn Cosmetics in 2019 that featured three highlight formulas, bundles, and brushes. But there created a huge controversy after releasing her nude lipsticks range in May. According to many, there were several flaws in those lipsticks caused itching, swelling, etc.
She refuted the claim and stated that she hadn’t seen anyone complain. She said o reach out to her or her team if they were dissatisfied with the products and also promised to compensate the customer or replace the product. Later, a petition was created for the lipsticks to be recalled.
Jaclyn then apologized and gave explanations to the people for the fault but that was not well received by the fans. She launched her makeup range after posting several videos on her YouTube channel. She started her channel in 2011 and posts many celebrity makeup tutorials.
In 2017, she filmed a video with Kim Kardashian titled, Get Ready with Me & Kim Kardashian. In 2015, she collaborated with Australian cosmetics brand BECCA to release a highlighter, Champagne Pop. The product has been sold more than 20,000 units within 20 minutes of its release by Sephora retailer.
