Very few people taste success at a tender age and are able to maintain and sustain as they age. Very few people can handle responsibilities with maturity at a young age and grow up trying to be the best competing with other people. Very few get a chance to follow their goals and actually ace it as they grow up. Angela Lindvall is one of those very few people.
Born in Midwest City, Oklahoma, Angela got a kick-start to her modeling career at a tender age of 14. She experienced an unnatural growth of 3 inches in her height during her transition from the age of 13 – 14. She got identified by an IMG Scout while performing at a local show in Kansas City and impressed the scout so much that she got signed for IMG. She took a break from modeling at the age of 17.
Her most notable features include those on the covers of Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Maria Claire, Numero, W, i-D, V and many more. While at her best, she worked with the best designers present in the industry including Karl Lagerfeld, Miuccia Prada, and Stella McCartney. She advertised for and became the face of Valentino, Roberto Cavalli, Chanel, Versace, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Prada, Dior, Miu Miu, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, DKNY, Fendi, Jil Sander, Jimmy Choo, and Missoni.
In 2010, she left IMG and signed with Women Management. She is a staunch environmentalist and is also the founder and President of the College Foundation, an organization that supports eco-friendly and sustainable development promoting environmental friendly choices among the younger generation.
She also has a marked interest in Jewelry. She got inspired by the John Hardy way of environment sustainability and started collaboration with John Hardy called Angela by John Hardy, sold on QVC. The collection majorly constitutes the travels and interests of Angela inspired by her love for ancient culture and traditions.
