Adrienne Bailon was born in Manhattan, New York, on October 24, 1983. She is of Ecuadorian and Puerto Rican heritage and has a sister named Claudette. The Bailon siblings grew up along the Lower East Side of Manhattan. There’s not that much information about her early life and educational background, although people knew that she had wanted to take up a course within the healthcare profession and social work in high school and college. Bailon first acquired public popularity when she became a member of The Cheetah Girls from the Disney Corporation. She also worked her vocals for a group called 3LW from 1999 to 2007.
Ricky Martin, who met the hot songstress when she was belting in a religious group at Madison Square Garden in October 1999, persuaded Adrienne into the creative industries. On his Livin’ la Vida Loca tour, Martin recruited Bailon and three of her friends to sing backing vocals on the New York City date. This tiny break set the pop group 3LW in motion. 3LW launched their first track, “No More (Baby I’m a Do Right),” on the platform, Epic in 2000 and the group worked consistently within the next two years. In 2002, one of the members acrimoniously left the band, but Bailon and Williams marketed on under the name of 3LW and eventually added a girl named Jessica as a replacement. They made their comeback in 2001 with the single record, What More Can I Give. They also had other well-known recording artists such as Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Luther Vandross, Usher, Celine Dion, and Beyoncé. The single got distributed after the attacks of 9/11.
Bailon got signed to the label Island / Def Jam, where she attempted to release another album, but it never came to fruition. Rather than focusing on recording, Bailon sought an acting career and building up her name as a celebrity, a move that was helped by her involvement with Robert Kardashian. As his ex-lover, Bailon made regular appearances with the Kardashian family on their reality show Keeping Up until they split in 2009. Bailon released a later scrapped, self – titled debut release. Adrienne Bailon has since confirmed she intends to record a new album in the Spanish language. The multi-talented brunette is presently one of the presenters of The Real, a broadcast television chat show, alongside previous Disney Channel celebrity Tamera Mowry, Jeannie Mai, and Loni Love. Bailon ‘s work, with both 3LW and The Cheetah Girls stretching over 16 years, has assisted her market a combined worth of 5.6 million audio albums internationally.
